Frequency alone does not establish compatibility: the reader, chip and software must work together. Send us your system references before a first order. Enrolment and access permissions are configured in your own system.

Can this card replace a hotel room key?

Yes, provided the lock, chip and encoding software are compatible. Send us the make and model of your system: card format or frequency alone cannot guarantee operation.

Is the credential ready to use on arrival?

It must be enrolled in your compatible system and assigned the appropriate user permissions. Buying the credential does not include configuring your installation.

Is the entire card biodegradable?

The support is wood, but the card also contains a chip and antenna. It should therefore not be described as fully biodegradable. Contact us if your project requires specific material documentation.
