Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) define the conditions under which Biotime Biometrics sells physical products via the website www.my-rfid-store.com to both consumers and professionals.

By placing an order on the website, the customer fully accepts these Terms.

2. Seller Information

The website www.my-rfid-store.com is operated by Biotime Biometrics, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €25,000, registered with the Roanne Trade and Companies Register under number 493 387 955.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are those available on the website at the time of consultation, subject to stock availability.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs are specified before final validation of the order. Biotime Biometrics reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The customer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the customer can review and modify their cart.

The order is considered final once payment has been validated. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Biotime Biometrics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, incorrect information or dispute.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of the order.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card
• PayPal

Orders are processed only after successful payment validation.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered in France, within the European Union and internationally.

Shipping is handled by DHL and DPD.

Estimated delivery time is 72 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and order.

8. Receipt of Goods

Customers must check the condition of the goods upon delivery. Any issue must be reported as soon as possible to:

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to justify their decision.

Products must be returned to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.

10. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.

11. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects.

Consumers have up to two years to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity.

12. Liability

Biotime Biometrics shall not be held liable for failure to perform or improper performance due to customer fault, third-party actions or force majeure.

13. Professional Customers

Professional customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

Late payments may result in penalties and a fixed recovery fee of €40.

15. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with French consumer law, customers may use a consumer mediation service after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with Biotime Biometrics.

The designated mediator will be specified once the mediation agreement is finalized.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
