Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) define the conditions under which Biotime Biometrics sells physical products via the website www.my-rfid-store.com exclusively to business customers acting for the purposes of their professional activity. The shop does not accept purchases by consumers for personal use.
By placing an order on the website, the customer fully accepts these Terms, confirms that they are acting in a professional capacity and provides accurate business or organisation details. Earlier orders remain governed by the Terms accepted when they were placed.
2. Seller Information
The website www.my-rfid-store.com is operated by Biotime Biometrics, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €25,000, registered with the Roanne Trade and Companies Register under number 493 387 955.

3. Products
Products offered for sale are those available on the website at the time of consultation, subject to stock availability.
The essential specifications and selected options form part of the order. The online shop sells the standard products described on each product page. Images may show illustrative markings or a different variant that are not included with the standard product: check the reference, chip, dimensions and selected options. Contact the seller before ordering if compatibility is uncertain.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and identified as excluding VAT (HT) or including VAT (TTC). The cart displays net subtotals, applicable taxes and the amount payable. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Any VAT exemption must meet the applicable legal conditions and may require supporting documentation.
Delivery costs are specified before final validation of the order. Biotime Biometrics reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Some references require minimum quantities or ordering in multiples. Check the selling unit, quantity, chip and options on the product page and in the cart. Requests for customization, printing or encoding are assessed separately, subject to feasibility and acceptance of a quotation. These services cannot be purchased directly through the online shop.
The customer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the customer can review and modify their cart.
An order summary is sent after the order is recorded. A bank-transfer order remains on hold pending receipt of payment; recording the order does not confirm that funds have been received.
Biotime Biometrics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, incorrect information or dispute.
6. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of the order.

Orders are processed only after successful payment validation.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available to the destinations offered during checkout. If no method is available for an address, contact the seller before ordering.
Shipping is handled by DHL and DPD.
The applicable lead time depends on the product, stock, customisation and destination. Refer to the information provided before ordering and to the agreed quotation for custom work. Tell the seller about any fixed deadline before payment.
Shipping costs vary depending on destination and order.
8. Receipt of Goods
Customers must check the condition of the goods upon delivery. Any issue must be reported as soon as possible to:

9. Withdrawal and Returns
Online orders placed by business customers do not carry the 14-day withdrawal right provided for consumers. Any mandatory legal provisions applicable to a particular situation remain unaffected.
Before sending goods back, request a commercial return at contact@my-rfid-store.com, providing your order number, product references and reason. A commercial return requires prior written agreement from Biotime Biometrics, which will specify the return and handling arrangements. There is no automatic commercial refund entitlement.
These commercial return conditions do not limit the customer’s statutory remedies for defects, hidden defects or goods that do not match the order.
10. Guarantees and Compliance with the Order
The seller must supply goods that meet the specifications agreed in the order. Customers retain the remedies available under the law applicable to business-to-business sales, including protection against hidden defects under the French Civil Code where applicable.

No additional commercial warranty is provided beyond the applicable statutory guarantees.
11. Liability
Biotime Biometrics shall not be held liable for failure to perform or improper performance due to customer fault, an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or force majeure, within the limits of applicable law.
12. Payment Terms and Late Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when ordering and no early-payment discount applies. Late-payment interest is due from the day after the due date, without a reminder, at the rate provided by Article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code: the applicable European Central Bank refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points. A fixed recovery fee of €40 is due from business customers in arrears, subject to statutory exceptions. Additional documented recovery costs may be claimed where higher.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
