Technical details and available options

Check compatibility before ordering

Frequency alone does not establish compatibility: the reader, chip and software must work together. Send us your system references before a first order. Enrolment and access permissions are configured in your own system.

Your questions about this product

Is the whole wristband made of wood?

No. It combines a fabric strap, wooden tag, chip, antenna and closure. Wood gives it a natural appearance; it does not make the entire wristband biodegradable.

Can users make payments straight away?

Cashless use requires a compatible platform, readers and configuration. The wristband is an identification medium; it does not by itself include a payment service or a prepaid balance.

Is the credential ready to use on arrival?

It must be enrolled in your compatible system and assigned the appropriate user permissions. Buying the credential does not include configuring your installation.
